Being healthy requires a lot. It is the balance of physical and mental health overall.

All the medicines and medical improvements can take care of our physical health. If you don’t have any bad routine in your daily life, there is no worries about your physical health probably. But how about mental health?

Everyone suffers from stress and depression in their life at some point. But most people don’t talk about it and go to the doctors and get a treatment. Most people don’t have enough information on mental health. Because of that there are people who are taking their life by themselves. It is a big tragic. If they have had known the way to get out of depression and stay in a good mentality, they would have been living their lives!

I strongly believe that mental health lesson should be in the high school curriculum for kids to have enough knowledge on it and be prepared when they grow up and go through things by themselves!
